P2B - Platform to Business Regulation
The P2B Regulation lays down rules to ensure that business users of online intermediation services and corporate website users in relation to online search engines are granted appropriate transparency, fairness and effective redress possibilities, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of the internal market.
In Denmark, the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority enforces the P2B Regulation, which came into force on July 12, 2020.
